Greetings Everyone,
In the next version of Guild Launch we will be introducing support for Suicide Kings. We have now developed an entire web based Suicide Kings implementation, with multiple roll lists, the abiltiy to move players, and of course the ubiquitous Suicide ability.
The next step in the develoment process is to support importing your current role lists into the system. So, we've looked around and currently Suicide Kings Geo seems to be the most used and most up to date SK mod available. I know that some might be using another mod, but we have to standardize on something so at this point will be going with Suicide Kings Geo.
What I need from you all is your SKG saved variables file. With that file we can test the list imports more fully with real data. The file should be at:
\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<YOUR ACCOUNT NAME>\SavedVariables\SKG.lua
If you can send that file to
support@guildlaunch.com it will be very much appreciated.

Greetings Everyone,
Users have been reporting for a few weeks that Anub'Rekhan & Kel'Thuzad are double importing (as in importing into new events) when they import. I thought I had a fix last weeke for the issue, but it was only a partial fix.
After reviewing the import errors for these two bosses this week I determined that the root source of the error was not where I originally believed. The error was actually being kicked off on the Manage Event Types page.
So, if you are encountering this problem what do you do?
1. Go to the Manage Event Types page and click the 'Edit Event' button for the vent. Then just submit the event without any changes. That will "clean up" the event.
2. If you import any new events, the code change will prevent the error from occuring again.
Thanks for your patience while we resolved this. Sometimes these sorts of things just take a bit more digging.
Enjoy!

I apologize for the extra Wednesday downtime. When our backup proces ran there was a non-critical error. To be safe we re-ran the backup process. This led to us keeping the site down for some extra time.
Enjoy!

Greetings Everyone,
Guild Launch offices will be officially closed on Dec. 24th, 25th and 26th. We will also be closed on January 1st and 2nd. We will have our normal email support available on all other regular business days. Our server support is 24/7/365 so all servers will continue to be monitored and we will receive notification of any issues of this type.
I (Stephen) will be on Vacation starting the afternoon of the 23rd through the 5th of January. I will be checking the forums and suppport tickets once a day or so.
We hope that you all enjoy the holidays and have a wonderful time with your family or whoever it is that you share this time of year with. And we look forward to us all having a fruitful 2009!
